Thanksgiving

Each year, America was a celebration in November that has become almost a devotional, which we call the Thanksgiving. We provide this holiday so much honour that it takes us along with Christmas and Easter is an important holiday in the heart of the family and the nation. But this holiday, so rich in tradition, rooted in the earliest days of the founding of this nation.

It is difficult to really early years researchers arrive in the Americas. These researchers, we now call the pilgrims face harsh weather, unpredictable relations with residents, sickness and other problems as they cut away from the wild, they found here since their earliest homestead in the North-East, were severe winters and their ability to build homes that can retain heat and find enough food was a constant concern for men and women in an attempt to raise families in America.

So every time they receive assistance from the indigenous population was seen as a gift from God and agreed with the greatest joy and celebration. Indians Chief named Squanto saw the plight of these new neighbours and saw his tribe have helped these young families to survive. In addition to food and wisdom on how to build structures that could keep them safe in winter, Squanto taught them how to fish, how to prepare an Eel and other strange sea creatures, they harvested and farms.

This Act of friendship, origin of our revered holiday Thanksgiving. Virginia Colony established tradition of collective prayers of Thanksgiving Day, and today this tradition. Except that is not only a Thanksgiving for the kindness and generosity Squanto for our ancestors we use this day to worship and Thanksgiving to be grateful for all the good that God has blessed this nation.

Products that we use to celebrate Thanksgiving were those that the Pilgrim travelers, find your own in this country, that with the help of the American teacher, they have learned to capture, crop and to feed their families and thrive in their new home. Turkey was a game foul, the broad masses of the pilgrims after Squanto showed them how to hurt the bird with a reliable success.

Vegetables, we love our traditional menu also has its origins in the early life of pilgrims.Potatoes, cranberries, sweet potatoes, green beans and all the rest were vegetables, pilgrims had to learn to crops, farming, farms, and to the inhabitants of the Earth. Therefore, in many ways, our modern holiday, despite the predominance of football games and upcoming holiday Christmas retains the atmosphere of those early celebrations.

And meaning of the holiday season, despite the commercialization have been retained. Americans have a lot to be thankful for. Abundance, the health of the most prosperous economy and a society that is free and to encourage freedom in other cultures are just a few things we celebrate during this holiday, but for most of us, it's time to gather family and friends together and be thankful to God for our health and blessings jobs, privilege, all Americans share to be able to live in the greatest nation on Earth, where just enough that any of us can do it if we have to work hard on our chosen areas of expertise and all these things really deserves thanks for.
